I was very pleased with my experience with Fiesta Jumps for my daughter’s birthday party. Their staff is extremely helpful, communicative and happy to answer questions through the whole process. The prices quoted were clear and fair. Our guests were very impressed with the unicorn bounce house. I would especially recommend Fiesta Jumps to anyone planning a party in Carpinteria because they are located closer than many of the other preferred vendors for the parks around here. We rented the 5-in-1 combo jumper for my son’s birthday party and it was absolutely amazing! It came with a slide, basketball hoop, and even Twister inside, which kept the kids entertained the entire party. It ended up being such a huge hit! the kids loved it and didn’t want to get out! The rental process was smooth from start to finish. The team was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout booking. Delivery and pickup were both on time, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and friendly. I also love supporting a family-owned business, and you can truly tell they care about their customers and the experience they provide. We rented the giant double water slide for a birthday party, and it was a huge hit!  The whole experience was top-notch from beginning to end... from the customer service over the phone when setting up the rental, to the timely email reminders and communication, to the prompt set-up and take-down of the slide, to the friendliness of the employees.
